Your Right to Data Deletion: Under GDPR and KVKK, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. This page explains how to exercise this right and what data we will delete.
What Data We Store
Socified stores the following types of data about you:
Account Information
• Name and email address
• Account preferences and settings
• Login credentials and authentication data
Advertising Data
• Campaign performance metrics
• Budget and spending information
• Ad creative and targeting data

How to Request Data Deletion
1Send Deletion Request
Send an email to socified.ai@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Clear statement requesting data deletion
- Any specific data types you want deleted (optional)
2Identity Verification
We will verify your identity by:
- Sending a confirmation email to your registered address
- Asking you to confirm your account details
- Requesting additional verification if necessary
3Processing Your Request
Once verified, we will:
- Process your deletion request within 30 days
- Delete all personal data from our systems
- Send you a confirmation email
- Provide a detailed report of what was deleted
What Gets Deleted
Complete Data Removal: When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
- All personal information (name, email, contact details)
- Account settings and preferences
- Advertising campaign data and analytics
- Usage logs and activity history
- Technical data (IP addresses, device information)
- Any other data that can identify you personally
What Doesn't Get Deleted
Important Exceptions: Some data may be retained for legal or technical reasons:
- Anonymized analytics data (cannot identify you)
- Data required for legal compliance or audit purposes
- Backup data that will be deleted during next cleanup cycle
- Data shared with third parties (we'll request deletion but cannot guarantee)
Alternative: Account Deactivation
If you prefer to keep your data but stop using our service:
- You can deactivate your account instead of deleting it
- Your data will be preserved but not actively used
- You can reactivate your account later
- Contact us at socified.ai@gmail.com to deactivate
Data Deletion Timeline
Immediate (Within 24 hours)
- Account access is disabled
- Active sessions are terminated
- New data collection stops
Within 7 days
- Personal data is removed from active databases
- User profile and settings are deleted
- Campaign data is anonymized or deleted
Within 30 days
- All personal data is permanently deleted
- Backup systems are updated
- Third-party integrations are notified
- Deletion confirmation is sent to you
Third-Party Data
If you've connected third-party accounts (like Facebook), please note:
- We will delete data we collected from these platforms
- We cannot delete data stored directly on those platforms
- You may need to delete that data separately on each platform
- We will revoke access permissions to stop future data collection
