- Meta Ads campaign data (when connected): campaign name, budget, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS
2.3 Payment Information
- Card details are securely stored via iyzico payment infrastructure
- Your card number is never stored on our servers
- Secure payments with 3D Secure verification
2.4 Usage Data
- AI chat history and analysis results
- Platform usage statistics
- Uploaded files (attachments)
3. How We Use Your Data
Collected data is used solely for the following purposes:
- Providing Instagram account analysis and AI-powered strategy recommendations
- Creating content calendars and growth plans
- Performing competitor analysis and ad optimization
- Managing subscriptions and payment processing
- Improving the platform experience
4. Data Security
- All data is stored encrypted on Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure
- API keys are protected with Google Secret Manager
- Meta data is not shared with third-party AI services
- Your data is never sold or shared with third parties under any circumstances
- Payment transactions are protected with 3D Secure and SSL
5. Data Retention
- Account data: As long as account is active + 30 days after deletion
- Meta/Instagram data: While connected, deleted 7 days after disconnection
- AI chat history: As long as account is active
- Payment records: 10 years in accordance with legal requirements

Under KVKK and GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: Learn what data has been collected about you
- Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data

- Disconnect Meta: Remove your Meta account connection at any time from Settings

Socified AI uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. Third-party tracking cookies are not used.
