1. Acceptance
By using the Socified AI platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Socified AI is an AI-powered social media management and analytics platform. It provides the following services:
- Instagram account analysis and performance reports
- AI-powered content calendar and strategy recommendations
- Competitor analysis
- Sales strategy and customer acquisition recommendations
- Meta Ads campaign analysis
3. Account and Security
- A valid email address is required to create an account
- You are responsible for the security of your account information
- You must immediately notify us if you notice unauthorized access
- One person may not create multiple free accounts
4. Subscription and Payment
- Starter (Free): Limited access, no credit card required
- Pro Plan: Monthly subscription, auto-renews
- Expert Support: Monthly subscription, includes personalized consulting
- Payments are securely processed via iyzico infrastructure
- First payment is verified with 3D Secure
- When subscription is cancelled, service continues until the end of the billing period
- Refund policy: Refunds can be requested within 14 days of payment
5. Fair Use
While Pro and Expert plans are presented as "unlimited," Fair Use limits apply to maintain platform stability. Your account may be temporarily restricted if excessive usage is detected. Under normal usage conditions, you are not expected to reach these limits.
6. Prohibited Use
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for illegal purposes
- Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Activities that may damage the platform infrastructure
- Abusing the platform with automated bots or scripts
- Using AI-generated content in misleading ways
- Activities that violate Meta Platform Terms
7. Intellectual Property
The Socified AI platform, its design, logo, and infrastructure belong to Socified. AI-generated content (analyses, strategy recommendations, content plans) belongs to the user and may be used freely.
8. Limitation of Liability
- AI recommendations are for informational purposes and carry no guarantee
- Socified AI is not liable for losses arising from business decisions based on AI recommendations
- The platform cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by Meta API outages or third-party service issues
- Reasonable notice will be provided for service interruptions
9. Account Termination
Socified AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms with prior notice. Users may delete their accounts at any time.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
